"Can I have a short description of what powers I will gain? Oh and I doubt I would be considered a peasant, I am captain of squad 3 of the Gotei 13 squads.

A peasant with a title is still but a peasant. You will be able to control moisture, with the exception of ice, and control creatures of the sea, You can also travel instantly through water.
