Administrators

Ok just letting all admins know that if ur going to make someone and admin clear it with all the others dont just out of the blue add one. their are plenty on members that have asked for it and im not going to tolerate some one who just adds them without putting that into consideration. And at the moment we dont even need any at all once we get more members il make up a admin application to see whos fit to be one

Thanks this rant was started when i saw someone who isnt very active made into a administrator if i was informed i wouldnt be so pissed

well placed anger and we should wait for more members

more members=more mods

more mods= more head mods

more head mods = more admins

that is the hierarchy so lets stick with it

Another thing i dont want anyone asking me or any other admin for a spot if u do you wont be given a opportunity at becoming one

Ah I think I know what this is about. and the reason I made Yukii a admin is because of her rping skills and because of recent experiances with her as a admin and we need more that will actually enforce the posting rule.

Im not disagreeing with you i just like to stay informed with things like this and the fact that i get members who have been more active and have made many requests to be an admin i would still like it if we went with my idea and not choose them without giving them a sort of test

I highly doubt we need to give Yukii and test otherwise we would have to think long and hard over a difficult test...

I find that it works on the affliated site they did the same thing and there mods/admins are great they dont let anything slide by them..its basically an application and what will be on will be "As a admin what could u offer this site" i have more and i think im going to roll with this idea if kaku approves of it

Well that was for a mod spot not and admin spot admins have more responsibilty then a mod does
