It would seem like his weakness is earth but its not,his winds are so powerful that once it's concentrated it can focus one attack to destroy a solid wall effertlessly. His weakness is either

His ability is super unnatural speed and wind based attacks,he also have Lightning and water,He has the ability to blind other by fighting in an alternate world which allows him to fight in a white room and its bright enough to blind once the eyes are open so the opponent will have to use his other senses in battle unless it's broken.

His release allows him to move at an godly speed which is his Wind and Lightning elements fused with his speed attribute to move quickly and swiftly, He is also adaptive to complete darkness aswell.

His Zanpaktou named Accla allows him to preform various types of Wind techniques and when used while Alejandro is in released form,Accla can preform lightning and wind techniques. It also has a special ability to heal with it's own spiritual pressure. Accla can bond with Alejandro to preform other abilities such as Water element and as Alejandro command with physical movements to indicate what to do the action he thinks of aided by a element it will happen.

Ex: Alejandro's zanpaktou fused with him, The power was amazing and enough to destroy millions or aid millions. Alejandro watched his opponent and thought of an attack that would complete anniahlate his opponent. Alejandro stepped closer to his opponent and raised his right hand slowly in the air and quickly swung it back downwards as if he was swating a fly. A huge and powerful gust of wind from above his head came rushing towards his opponent with great speed and power,like a concentrated hurricane heading straight for Alejandro's opponent. The wind were like blades and enough to slice his opponent to a bloody death and had a back up plan so if his opponent was able to dodge this attack to use his godly speed to appear to the spot he would move to before he even gets there.

Personality
Alejandro is a cool and calm guy,who usually doesnt get angered quickly unless it's from annoying children.
Alejandro is also sadistic when battling and seems to love the thrill and excitement when fighting strong opponents. It seems to bring a smile to his face and a desire to bring that opponent down.

First off you have to start as a holow and work your way up the ladder second you need to places your zanpaktou abilities in the weapon section when you make your zanpaktou So just edit it and give us a hollow form and it's normal powers then the zanpaktou alright.
