Doll Name: The name of your doll
Doll Element: The element of your doll. If none, write n/a
Doll Relation: The relations between your character and his doll. Note this as a number from 1 to 10, 10 being good and 1 being bad. For clarification, the lower the relation the more reliant the doll is on brute strength and it will often rampage on its own will. The higher the relation, the more control you have over it though this often means its power may be more focused but less threatening and powerful.
Unawakened doll description: A description of your doll in its dormant state.
Awoken doll description
A detailed description of your doll's form once it is awoken, and its powers.
